General Secretary now "Acting" General Secretary following Certification Officer decision.

Following the decision of the Certification Officer to order a rerun of the election for the post of General Secretary, the General Secretary is now (as you can see from the website) listed as Acting General Secretary pending any further outcome.

This is, of course, in the United Road Transport Union (URTU).

As of this date we still await an outcome of the case involving UNISON.
